ReStart can be used to remotely stop, and then restart, GoServe and SRE-http.

Note: The StartSRE SRE-http addon offers a somewhat 
      more sophisticated "restart SRE" capability (it runs as a daemon, detects 
      crashes, and automatically restarts GoServe/SRE).
