Forum is a "discussion group" web aware program, with the capability of hierarchically displaying a multi-threaded (and sub-threaded) "news-group" like list of messages.

FORUM also provides "list-server" capabilitites: rebroadcasting messages (a list-server function), and storing e-mail messages in SRE-http message-boxe for later perusal using the "news-group" mode of FORUM.

Note that FORUM requires the SRE-http web server -- at this time, there is no CGI version of FORUM.
