The SRE-http project is dedicated to the provision of free, WWW-aware software for the
OS/2 community. Written primarily in REXX,
our flagship product is the SRE-http
http/1.1 server for OS/2. Other applications,
most of which can be run either as SRE-http addons
or as generic CGI-bin scripts, include GIF creation utilities, site-search and URL verification tools,
bulletin board and forum utilities, and much more.
The current version of the SRE-http web server is (updated ). |

A pre-release version of Sre2002 | SRE2002 is our
http/1.1 aware replacement for GoServe (alas, it would have been nice if I could have
convinced MFC to keep GoServe current). As of 1 October 2002, we now have a final
beta of SRE2002
and SREhttp/2.
SRE2002 is basically a GoServe replacement,
and SREhttp/2 is a SRE-http replacement.
After we've run it on our server a month or so, we won't call it beta anymore! Look for further details soon! |
Ver 1.3h | SRE-http Ver 1.3h has been updated, with
numerous small bug fixes, and some improvements (last update: Jan 2002).
